Date of sixth working day : 13th June 2019
Step1: Please fill the proforma I with basic details of school, when you complete proforma I the link to proforma II will appear on Tab
Step2: On profoma II click on synchronize and check the details whether is it true..
Step 3: Confirm data after check it.
Step 4: Print Proforma and submit it at AEO/DEO with school seal and sign of Head Master/Principal
